We guarantee all orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Our customer service team is standing by all time to ensure the most optimal shopping experience possible.

2. Free worldwide shipping for orders over $30. 

3. For Orders under $30, the shipping cost is $6.99.

The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, customs, weather and so on, which is really hard to control. This is what we are working on all the time to make it better and improved.

Shipment Schedule
The parcel will be sent out from Shantou, China in 2-5 natural days once the orders are made. Once processed, the parcel will be dispatched to carriers. At the same time, an informed e-mail will be there in your e-mail box once the parcel is out. The tracking number inside is to trace the timely status of the parcel.

Note:

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time(Usually it may take 10 to 15 natural days)

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you (please refer to the above table).

Wrong Information
If you have left the wrong shipping address, name, or contact information, please contact our customer service at info@kilalaeye.com within 2 hours after you complete payment.

*Please kindly note that we are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.

Lost Parcel
If your parcel is shown "lost" or "missing", please contact our customer service immediately.

Customs Duty & Tariff
Policies on duties and tariffs differ in different countries. It is the customers' responsibility to pay the required taxes and fees of your local government. 

The price on our website does not include customs duty and tariffs. Please note that these charges are paid to your local carrier or government, and are not charged by Kilala. Thus, they cannot be refunded.
